Tim Phillips

Tim got his start in the mortgage field after buying his first home and moving into a Loan Officer Assistant position. After learning the ins and outs of the industry, he moved into a Loan Officer role and has been helping clients successfully navigate financing options for the past 8 years. With a banking background and a degree in Finance from James Madison University, he is well-equipped to assist homebuyers with finding the best loan options to suit their lending needs.

Tim and his wife, Melissa, live in the West End of Richmond with their three kids and can often be found exploring various playgrounds, Mexican restaurants, and ice cream shops throughout the area.
